BATIMAT EXPOVIVIENDA is organized by AEV – Asociación de Empresarios de la Vivienda (Association of Housing Business people), EFCA - Exposiciones y Ferias de la Construcción Argentina S.A. (Argentina Building Exhibitions and Fairs) and the CAC – Cámara Argentina de la Construcción (Argentinian Chamber of the Building Industry).

AEV – Asociación de Empresarios de la Vivienda(Association of Housing Business people)

Founded in 1970, AEV gathers the different sectors taking part in the production and exploitation of buildings aimed at residential, business and industrial use. Within its members one can find developers, professionals, real estate brokers, construction companies and financial entities devoted to urban and suburban apartments building. Likewise, apart hotels, offices, conventions centers, business and entertainment centers, parks and industrial plants, among others.
The AEV is the natural representative of the sector before the authorities, and national or international public and private organizations. AEV provides its associates the environment where to generate contacts and favors the exchange between all business persons of the sector.

CAC – Cámara Argentina de la Construcción (Argentinian Chamber of Construction)

Was founded with the definite aim of facilitating the harmonious development of building industry. On February, 6th., 1936 during the celebrations of the fourth Centenary of the Foundation of Buenos Aires, a group of people and companies got together to create the Chamber, an Institution committed with progress, whose aim is represented by the construction of a bridge towards the future. The aqueduct bridge of Gard River, built by roman Agripa, is the emblem of the Chamber, as it represents the Building industry in its diverse activities. Today, the Cámara Argentina de la Construcción (Argentinian Chamber of Construction) is a consolidated organization, with more than 64 year of history, representing more than a thousand companies by means of its 26 Delegations throughout the country.
